Domestic cleaning
Imagine coming home to a clean house! For Tulip customers this is a reality. You can choose from a daily, twice weekly, weekly, fortnightly, monthly cleans or even just for that special occasion.
Tulip are not a franchise or an agency all our staff are employed by use, they go through a careful vetting programme including CRB checking, proof of identification and proof that they have permission to work in the UK. This means they are fully insured by us and we can train and carefully monitor them thus ensuring high standards are maintained.
You don’t have to remember to leave money out; we pay the staff and will send you an invoice every 4 weeks.
Personal security is high on our list; we are key holders for many clients with guidelines in place for key security and all our staff sign a confidentiality agreement so you can be sure your personal information is kept secure. We are also fully insured to you can be sure that your are protected.
We will always endeavour to send you the same cleaner unless they are ill or on holiday then a temporary cleaner will be sent. However we have no restrictions on the amount of breaks you take during the year so you can choose not to have a clean if your cleaner is away, the choice is always yours.
At Tulip we understand that emergencies happen and children or dependents become ill, providing you contact us before 7.30am on the day your clean is due you will not be charged for any emergency cancellations.
Going on holiday no problem we can either get those additional jobs done or you can cancel whilst you are away, which ever suits you best.
Holidays cleans – Many of our clients benefit from our holiday clean service, we organise all those jobs you need to get sorted but never have the time to such as:
- Windows, ovens and carpets.
- Stripping the beds cleaning the duvets and linen and remaking for your return.
- Cleaning the fridge and restocking with bread and milk for your return
Also if you are a regular cleaning customer you will benefit from 10% discount on all laundry, hand washing and dry cleaning services.

Moving House Cleans
Moving House can be chaotic at the best of times without having to worry about how the cleaners are going to manoeuvre around the removal men. At Tulip we are used to working with removals companies and have no problem working around people on the day. We will visit you at the property prior to discuss your requirements which might include:
- Full clean throughout
- Windows inside and out
- Oven clean
- Carpet cleaning
And then coordinate it all to happen on the day as required.
