Holiday Apartment/Home Cleaning Management Service
Tulip provides a full cleaning management service for holiday apartments and homes including:
• Cleaning including, changing beds, guest toiletries, toilet rolls and bin liners.
• Laundry and Linen hire (pool stock)
• Meet and greets including guest instructions
• Arrival packs (Milk, biscuits, bread, wine etc)
• Organizing maintenance
At Tulip we understand that the presentation of your holiday apartment or home is paramount to whether the guests enjoy their stay, come back again or hopefully recommend you to their friends.
Our cleaning management service allows you to pick and choose elements of the service you require as you need them.
For example you may always do your own meet and greets but what happens when you go on holiday? You can send booking details to us, we will organize the cleans, laundry and the meet and greets so you don't have to turn down bookings and therefore the income doesn't stop!
We can also arrange for maintenance of the property including general repairs, light bulbs changed etc. Oven Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Reading of meters and allowing authorized tradesmen access to the property.
Initially we will discuss with you how you like your apartments/home presenting and compile a photographic schedule for the cleaners to follow, this ensures consistency every time. You can then choose what elements of the following you require.
Cleaning
Includes: cleaning of used rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, emptying bins, changing beds, replacing towels and toilet rolls, one set of guest toiletries per bathroom, change of large kitchen bin liner, clean of inside the fridge, oven and other appliances checking inside cupboards are clean and tidy and bringing the apartments/home back to the look set out by you.
Laundry
We can either: use your own linen and towels and leave the dirty linen for you to collect or we can take them away with us to launder and bring back at our next clean (this tends to be the better option as you find if linen is left at the apartment guest will use it which costs more in terms of laundry)
Alternatively
Why not use our pooled linen stock of matching white bedding, towels and tea towels, we will replace them each visit.
Meet and Greets
If you like to meet your guest on arrival to show them where things are and how to use everything then again we are happy to be on hand.
Arrival Packs
If you like to provide a welcome pack for your guests we can provide a standard pack including Waitrose Quality Biscuits, small bottle semi skimmed milk, small white loaf, bottle of standard value white wine. Placed in the cupboard/fridge/arranged on the side
